For parents needing more than a quick consult, Nourish & Nest offers dedicated, in-depth support right in your home.

This isn’t a “one and done” session—it’s an opportunity to dive into the complexities you’re experiencing in feeding and baby care, especially for little ones with feeding challenges like slow weight gain, failure to thrive, triple feeding, tongue ties, and food allergies.

With a minimum of 3.5 hours per session, I’ll stick around to help with multiple feedings, trying out new techniques in real time—because sometimes, a second (or third) go is just what it takes. While you’re focused on feeding, I’ll be there folding laundry, filling the dishwasher, and reminding you that you’re doing great.
